Reflection activity A WNA asks for a training needs analysis to be developed for staff who do not understand and implement social interaction during snack time.

What is your answer so far or What have you done so far as an attempt to solve this question?
This to me is not a training need, it is just tell the staff children need interaction please do so.

It may seem like a simple comment to pass on to staff in order for them to interact however the question asks for a training needs analysis. I've attached some information for you:
