Ethical Dilemma - Emily and Brianna

Post by Kam2705 » Fri Jan 09, 2015 2:01 pm

Your Assignment Module Number and Heading: CHCCS400C - Work within a relevant legal and ethical framework
Your Assignment Type: Case Scenario
Currently Working in Childcare? No
Your knowledge: Beginner

Your Question?
Within this module there is a scenario that I need to answer.. I have answered most of it, but got this bit back as it wasn't sufficient enough. The question is what rights do both Brianna (victim) and Emily (biter) have. Emily bit Brianna and Brianna's family want to know who bit their daughter.

What is your answer so far or What have you done so far as an attempt to solve this question?
Obviously Brianna has a right to safety and a sense of belonging, but I am struggling to find the rights of Emily. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
