Q 5 –what procedure will you follow when
implementing and reviewing policies?
Need to be updated more frequently if issues
arise as they are trialled over a period of time
Feedback from stakeholders.
Who will be using the policy to guide their
actions, and should be asked to review it.
The main purpose of a review will be to
evaluate how well policies are being
implemented. How stakeholders and staff
members understand its aims.
Changes in legislation need to identify the
nutrition guidelines to update a series of
policies.
Discuss possible amendments, and policy
review team present a report to management
recommending changes.
