Question : Name some of the legislation and relevant literature that mighy underpin centres policies in regard Health and Safety .equal opportunities and anti_discrimination in the work place.
a. Where may these points fall within the natioal quality framework and national quality guide
b. If you were inducting a new staff member how would you describe these points?WHat would be important? How would you describe it in language that is understood by the newstaff member?
