Your Question?
1. There has been a recent complaint about the service and a regulations visit found there were areas of non-compliance surrounding staff: child ratios during outdoor play.
I. What strategies will you implement to ensure compliance?

II. How will you report this to the service management and the regulatory body?


What is your answer so far or What have you done so far as an attempt to solve this question?
I. . Minimise, monitor and control the probability and impact of non compliance with legislative, regulatory, accreditation or licensing requirements.
. avoid the risk by exceeding the minimum requirement, increasing staff for effective supervision.
