How do i do a photographic record? Is it like a collage ?..

What is your answer so far or What have you done so far as an attempt to solve this question?
Dont really have one yet
I was told its just photos but how do i put it together like a collage and do they usually have writing with them

With a photo observation you can take 3 or 4 photos of the child and do an explanationwhat the child did and learnt through the expereince as well as linking to the Learning Outcomes.

Here is a sample:

LDC Templates (scroll down to the green box - Child Observation, select sample on the "Photo Obs").
