Your Question?
1) describe how you advocate for workplace health and safety and fair employment practices. give specific strategies and example?

2) what strategies do you use to minimise the impact of conflict situation?


What is your answer so far or What have you done so far as an attempt to solve this question?
1) I will monitor children inside and outside regularly, do observations and find out the way they play, talk to them about safety guidelines.
also I need to care about myself and other staff members. respect other staff, talk in manner.

For Q1 you can say something like provide staff with information about staying healthy in childcare, put posters up in the staff room, display correct procedures for manual handling etc... For fair employment practices you can provide useful resources about the award etc.
