Culturally Diverse Workforce

Hi, I hope you can help. I have been asked to:
'Conduct research on your industry and provide details of how culturally diverse the workforce is?'
I have been searching and can't find any stats on the cultural make up of the childcare industry. Can you please help, and point me in the right direction??
