it says that the task is to review each service's practices. Be methodical and include your reasoning both for and against. include the benefit or otherwise for the children. Also be sure you refer to your policies and guidelines in your state or territory.

What are refering to when they say policies and guidelines in your state or territory?


What is your answer so far or What have you done so far as an attempt to solve this question?
i have tried reseaching on the net but not sure if im searching for the right things

I think in may be referring to the a children's Services Act and the Children's Services Regulation in QLD:

Not too confuse you even more but you may also be able to base these on the Educations and Care Services Award and Regulation since these guidelines will also be followed in QLD.

Best thing to do is if you are going to a childcare centre have a look at their policies and procedures manual and in each practice they provide information on the law and regulations they are referring too. If you are not able to get a copy within a centre just google it " policies and procedure Childcare QLD" and I'm sure you can find one online to look at.
