Describe what changes you'd make to ensure child focused work practices and to protect children from possible risk of harm.Consult your services Child Protection Policy before answering.

What is your answer so far or What have you done so far as an attempt to solve this question?
Always ensure that that there are viewing area to the bathrooms and kitchen areas .
Ensure closer supervision.

Description and Message:
I am just not sure what the question requires of me.
Am I to copy out of my work policy or make up some or am I just on the wrong path completely.
