My paperwork use to involve the following:

- Weekly Program (I continually add to next weeks program based upon the happenings within the room so it's ready for Monday)
- Observations (min 2 per day)
- Learning Story (1 group L/S per week)
- Daily Diary (this usually gets done by others however I like to add to it and add follow ups, extensions etc. which links to next weeks program)
- Parent Input Forms (about me/weekend forms need to be followed up with appropriate experiences etc.)
- Weekly Evaluation/Reflection Questions
- Portfolios (monthly work samples, special moments etc. using portfolio templates on this site).
- Half Yearly Reports (every 6 months)

Apart from this, daily, weekly and monthly check lists that need to be filled in. For example: daily cleaning check list, room check list, opening closing check list etc.

I think that is everything!
