Observations

Post by Reyne93 » Fri May 09, 2014 8:50 pm

Hi everyone.

I'm putting together a portfolio of stuff incase I become a group leader and was wondering how many. Group and individual observations must be done per child per month / year.

Kind regards

There is not a "set number" that needs to be recorded for observations per child but typically one observation per month per child is sufficient. Throughout the month however you should continue to plan based on child input/interests even though it may not be their ob week and document this within the program/daily diary etc.

Hope this helps,
