1. How the value of "respect" can help educators to make good ethical decisions?
My answer:
Negotiate children’s participation in research, by taking into account their safety, privacy, levels offatigue and interest.
Develop shared evaluation and assessment practices of children’s learning and communicate this in ways that families understand

p.s: I am confusing above answer is "respect" or "democracy"??

2. How the value of "Democracy " can help educators to make good ethical decisions?
My answer: Respect children as capable learners by including their perspectives in teaching, learning and assessment
Listen to and learn with families and engage in shared decision making, planning and assessment practices in relation to children’s learning, development and wellbeing
