b) How will you improve Tyler’s experience at the service?

c) How can you build Tyler’s emotional security?


What is your answer so far or What have you done so far as an attempt to solve this question?
this is what i have so far

b) Talk to him, interact with him, and make him feel comfortable. Introduce Tyler to other children


c) By trusting you, get him to know other children

Yes you're on the right track... You could also include:

1) since Tyler enjoys the toy shelf when he gets dropped off you as mum hands him over you can direct him towards the toy shelf. As you find out what his interests are while he explores the toy shelf you can make those materials available to him so he can engage with them.

2) Since he is being responsive to a particular carer, the carer should continue building relationships with him during the day be playing and interacting with him so he gets he forms a bond and feels safe enough for mum to leave.
