3 years bachelor teacher grant?

I am in Victoria,. I heard someone says he receive around 9000grants for he studys his bachelor, anyone know this? Anyone knows where I can find the information?

I think there are some kind of scholarships you can get. Do a search. Sorry I cannot do one as my net is misbehaving + busy packing etc
