The Performance Appraisal and Development Planning for Lead Educator (Diploma Qualified) and Assistant Educator (Cert 3 Qualified) are 2 new templates now available. These can be used by Directors and Owners of LDC and OOSH settings and schemes for FDC.
These templates supports educators achieve job satisfaction and improve their quality of their work by providing feedback and guidance of their responsibilities and duties based on their job descriptions. The Performance Appraisals help educators to recognise and clarify their roles and assist management to identify training and development needs of educators within their service. It also promotes open communication with educators and management by discussing weaknesses/problems, working together to find solutions and rewarding good performance.
