Observation Bluey - Child Obs Template

The Observation Bluey emplate is used for observation purposes. It's a simple template that can be used to record a child's individual observation for various purposes that an Educator can choose from the list provided. The template also enables Educators to interpret the observation, link to outcomes and provide a follow-up. Educators can use it in all settings including LDC, FDC and OOSH Services.
