we had two children who bites， one of them consistently attempts to bite others， last week just bit an educator on her face when he was removed from trying to bite his peers，we are fully occupied with these two children，trying our best to ensure that no others get hurt.
Just last week one parent went to the office that requested that she wnated her child to go back to baby's room because the child went home with a bite mark on her back without any notifying by the staff. Both my assistant and i could not recall that she had cried on that day，because she is generally quite and busy playing with others！
Now the situation is the child is in the baby's room and the person in the office who had the whole story was not working the last two days.

So， what can i do now as a room leader？ could someone who has the experience help out， please？very appriciated！

Sometimes these things happen and we don't notice them especially when it is a quiet child. It is really hard when you are run off your feet with situations like this.
Some children don't make a big loud fuss and its hard to know when something happens to them. You can only do the best you can.
