Anyones help will be appreciated. The question is..List 6 ways a manager can identify individual or group training needs.
1..Procedures for reporting hazards
2..Identification of First Aid Officers
3..Correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
4..Copy of all WHS policies and procedures
5..Informations on hand washing and manual handling
6..Informations about emergency evacuation procedures.
Those are my answer but not really sure, please let me know if im on the right track.

To identify the WHS training needs of individuals, managers can:
-receive regular updates on WHS best practice and legislative requirements via email alert subscriptions
-analyse work tasks and assess the knowledge and skill level required for the safe performance of all work tasks , identifying gaps in staff knowledge and skills
-document all previous training completed by individuals and how this training has been applied to workplace practices
-observe compliance with WHS policies and procedures
-analyse all accidents and near misses- which may alert the manager to gaps in skills and knowledge
-conduct regular WHS consultative meetings with workers
Hope this helps
