New childcare wage rates

Does anyone know where I can find the new wage rates for childcare that have just come into effect 2nd July 2018

Just checked the page you linked but that is from 28/6/18. Do you know where I can get the new rates. They changed 2/7/18

Hi Cheryl,
The link above is the updated wages. I was able to get a hold of them early that's why the date is from the 28/06/18 rather than the 01/07/18.

Hi Sandra,
An ECT who has completed a degree at uni, they are on the Educational Services teachers Award 2010.

Hi,
I’m currently working in a centre in QLD as a certificate III qualified educator and have been for 4 years. I started a job and I want to be sure they are paying the correct wage. I’m currently on level 3.1 and getting paid $22.04 p/h. Is this correct?

Hi,
If you have had your Cert 3 qualification for four years, you should be on Level 3.3 and your wage rate should be $23.51 per hour.
If you have started, you may be on probation where it’s common to pay a Level less until you complete probation then you are put into the correct level.
However you may want to confirm with the centre director...
