Hi Guys,
I need help with my assessments.. i am trying to pass this course so i can get a job and start planning for a wedding
I need to demonstrate the skills and knowledge necessary to work within a legal and ethical framework that supports duty of care requirements:
- Demonstrated ability to work ethically and within the legal framework
- Demonstrate problem solving skills to negotiate outcomes of a difficult nature within the organisations policies and procedures
- Establish a professional relationship with colleagues/children to achieve the services outcomes

You can discuss the Code Of Ethics and working within the services policies and procedures that adhere to the National Laws and Regulations

yes i did. but i got an another question:
How do we ensure that the facilities for changing nappies, heating breast milk and formula, preparing bottles and preparing and heating food is clean and sanitised?
