Handling Conflicts At Work

Over past few weeks I have been noticing there has been quite a few educators very concerned about how they are being treated unfairly in the workplace. It's so important that we all form positive relationships with one other to build a strong foundation for children's learning. Conflicts are bound to happen and knowing how to handle a conflict that arises provides an opportunity to strengthen and develop stronger relationships. 

The article Handling Conflicts provides information on how to successfully manage and resolve differences that may occur within the workplace. It also provides common issues that may be the cause of the conflict and how to resolve it as well as techniques on learning how to be a better listener, using encouraging phrases, to understand the root of the conflict.

Resolving conflicts positively and with confidence is essential in building strong relationships to overcome challenges and be successful in work and life.
