Yoga Games For Children

To celebrate the first year of International Day Of Yoga (21st June) we have 4 new yoga games for children to participate in. These games promote and encourage children's strength and flexibility, creative expression and sensorial exploration through simple movement experiences. They include:

Airball: Children learn to use their diaphragms and abdominal muscles to control the exhalation.

Tunnel Swim: Encourages children in sensorial exploration, freedom of movement and artistic expression through animal movements. 

Transport The Frog: Encourages children to develop flexibility and strength.

Body Talk: Encourages children to explore creative expression though talking with their bodies.
