Using Templates On An Apple Mac Computer

Hi,

Anyone in my situation please help. I have just bought an Apple Mac after using a pc for many years. When i download templates I'm having all sorts of problems with the pdfs. I can't even insert a photo into the picture box. Any guidance appreciated!
