In a powerful step toward inclusive and culturally responsive education, early childhood educators across New South Wales are invited to a fee-free face-to-face workshop* with Jessica Staines, founder of Koori Curriculum, on Saturday, 1 November, at TAFE NSW Kingswood.
This workshop is part of the ECEC Professional Learning Program, a collaborative initiative between the NSW Department of Education and TAFE NSW, designed to uplift the skills and leadership capacity of early childhood professionals.
Jessica Staines is a nationally recognized advocate for embedding Aboriginal perspectives into early childhood education. Her work through Koori Curriculum has empowered educators to move beyond tokenistic gestures and instead embrace authentic, respectful pedagogies that reflect the richness of Aboriginal culture.
