Dear teacher,

All these questions, done already. but they are wrong..... I confused.... Can you please give me your opinions.

Question 2.4.a
Why is it important to review your conduct and the way in which you comply with legislation, policies and procedures?

Answer: It is important because it is used to describe the helpful imformation or criticism about prior action or behaviour from an individual (or a group) who can use that information to adjust and improve current and future actiond and behaviors.

Question 2.4.b:
Feedback can be useful in reviewing your conduct. List five sources of feedback.

Answer: 1. Feedback is always there.
2. Feedback is effective listening
3. Feedback can motivate
4. Feedback can improve performance
5. feedback is a tool for continued learning

Question 4.1: You might need to conduct independent research to answer these questions.

List 10 sources from which you can get information about your role and responsibilities as a support worker in an educational setting?

Answer: Teacher's role and responsibilities:
1. Teachers provide opportunities for all students to learn.
2. Teachers treat their students with courtesy and dignity.
3. Teachers work within the limits of their professional expertise.
4. Teachers maintain objectivity in their relationships with students.
5. Teachers are always in a professional relationships with the students in their school, whether at school or not.
6. Teachers maintain a professional relationship with parents (Guardians and care-givers).

Question 4.4: What are the duty of care responsibilities for teaching staff and for support or non-teaching staff?

Answer: Duty of care requires that everything that is reasonably practicable is done to protect the health and safety of others at the workplace and that staff take reasonable care to avoid doing something (acts) or not doing something (omissions) that can foreseeably be harmful to others.

Answer: List four breach of legislation :
