Which Diploma Is More Possible To Be Sponsored?

Hi everyone,

I'm from Taiwan, and I'm currently a registered English teacher.

However, I'm planning to go to Australia to study childcare and hope I can get sponsored from whichever kindergarten needs me after my study.

I'm in a dilemma between choosing TAFE diploma or RMIT's graduate diploma.

In need of advice from experienced workers...which diploma is more practical and get more chances for me to get employed/sponsored after graduation?

It is not easy to gain sponsorship in childcare and I think you will need to come up with a back up plan in case you dont get sponsorship. A Diploma from TAFE is probably the best option since it's the most recognised throughout Australia. So, if you are able to go to TAFE to do your Diploma then go for it. You will need to find out more information regarding the sponsorship/ This may provide you with more information:

I just had a quick browse through some job sites search "sponsorship childcare job Australia" and there are companies offering sponsorships in childcare for the selected candidate if required. So, it is possible it just may be a little hard and I'm not too sure of the requirements etc.
