What do you think Pal? Use the critical reflection lense and ask your self , why did this incident happen, what were the triggers, what were the enablers; what else can I do to further minimise the likelihood of the incident occurring?

Hi Pal,

Is this an incident of a child such as a child falling over? If it is a minor incident then nothing serious is going to happen. Sometimes accidents happen. The incident will be documented and put in the child's file. No, it will not effect your career!

Wherever the incident occurred you may need to be extra watchful in that area or of that particular child...
