How might an educational leader show evidence of the work that she or he is doing in the centre. Can you please give some examples.

I have no idea! I just know that the educational leader at my centre has more than 4 hours of programming, and since I work there (Room Leader position) she has NEVER come to talk to me, ask me something or help me. So disappointed

4 HOURS of programming time??? Does she Program for every room? You should be disappointed it doesn't seem like she is doing her role as an Educational Leader. She should be working with you and all other educators in the centre to support your documentation and planning... Maybe you should bring it up with the Director! It doesn't sound right, especially 4 hours with of programming time...
