Hi, I hope I have put this in the right section. I am currently making christmas cards with my family day care kids that they will be giving to their parents. I am trying to find a nice poem to put in the card for the parents from the children. They are quite young 1-2years. Can anyone give me some suggestions?

Thanks :)

Here is a cute little poem you can use. You could add the child's painting/hand print/footprint/ photo etc. along with it. If, it's too long you can just pick and choose which verses to use.

It's Christmas time
and I would like to say,
Merry Christmas Mommy & Daddy
on this very special day!

On this special Christmas
although I am so small,
I already know that having you
is the best present of all!

But since I know you better,
and you'll still buy me toys.
I just want to let you know
you bring so much joy.

So on my first Christmas
here is my gift to you,
I know it isn't much
but it's about all I could do!

It's a moment in time frozen,
that I know you loved a bunch.
You can look at it when I'm older
and know I love you oh so much!

Because I may be little
But there's one thing that I know
I am your best gift also
because you've told me so!
