How to create sectioned space during dancing

Hey,

We have recently implemented a sort of dance/movement session in the morning. We do different songs and excercises and it’s going really well.
But we are currently using chalk to draw a circle for each child to stand in as we are trying to teach them to stay in their own space and give each other enough room whilst we are moving around. And I’m sick of drawing 25 circles everyday. Is their something else I could use? Any ideas?

Sounds like you are implementing fun physical activities for the children!

- Put masking tape as a marker the floor and leave it there permanently so you can use it during the morning session. You can add each child's name on the tape.

- Add stickers as a marker

- Get children to spread their hands out throughout their morning session to keep their distance.

Hope this helps!
