Reactivating my Subscription?

Hi Lorina,
I am trying to renew my subscription but I can't seem to be able to change my payment details, the website keeps trying to withdraw the money from my old bank card.

Regarding the payment for your subscription, are you able to do a bank transfer directly to our account? If you would like to do an EFT instead, let me know and I will email our bank account details to you.

Hi,
We do not cancel subscriptions. Just do not renew after your subscription ends.
Is there something I can assist you with? May I ask why are you cancelling?
