not sure what to write

hi i am currently doing my traineeship for cert 3 and i am stuck on a question
would somebody be able to help me or point me in the right direction
the question i am stuck on is
Describe how you would recognise potential ethical issues and ethical dilemmas in the workplace and discuss with an appropriate person and report concerns, in line with service policies and procedures. Describe one ethical issue you have recognised.
my answer is The way that i would recognise potential ethical issues and ethical dilemmas in the workplace is (not sure what to put in here )
One ethical issue that i have recognised is when there have been some casual staff members in the centre to cover staff members that were away at the time, we are all outside with the children after they had afternoon tea, i have seen some of them pulling their phones out and start texting and trying to hide behind equipment while they were meant to be supervising the children. As we are not allowed to have our phones on us on the floor, as per our centre policy, i told one of the other educators what i have seen and they told me to go tell my director straight away to follow up.
