jogging with baby

About 7 months ago I have given birth my first child. I was getting very fat. Now I am ready for running and exercise to achieve my old fitness. But I cant run well with my baby. I need a stroller. I have read many reviews of the best jogging stroller. But I cant understand which is best for me. I have given a link to these reviews. Can anyone help me to get prefect stroller?
