Wanting to start a OOSH program

Hi everyone,
I’m thinking of starting up a OOHS in my area but having trouble working out where to start to get information. I will be call ACECQA in the next few days for information. I would like to know if anyone has started their own OOHS what tips you may have and what qualifications are needed, and where to start.
