Hi all,

Im looking to study my dilpoma in childrens services online. I completed my cert 3 in 2010 and i am based in Sydney.

I wanted to ask if anyone has done their diploma online and has any recommendations.
The places ive researched are between $1400 - $5000

I also wanted to ask what is the difference between the RPL and the standard diploma in childrens services?

Does this mean as ive finished my cert 3 in 2010 ill have to cover all modules again.

Thanks everybody!!!!

I think the best option is TAFE. They are nationally recognised throughout Australia and you can also do online course with them. There are so many course providers that it an get confusing and you will find it varies in price... Regards to RPL it means Recognition Of Prior Learning this means that if you have experience, skills and knowledge for a particular unit instead of completing the necessary assignments you can use RPL. Here is some more information on this:

Gaining RPL In a Childcare Qualification

Since you have already completed your Cert 3, you will be able to gain RPL in the modules you completed... You will need to show your course provider the transcripts from your previous course....
