Hi I'm new to this site and was wondering if someone can pls help me work out what is asked from this question pls.
Locate a copy of your service operational plan.list the objectives relating to community outcomes and the activities to undertake to achieve this outcomes.

I'm at such a loss and cant get intouch with my teachers at all.Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
