HBA Learning vs. Inspire Education

Hi everyone 
I plan on studying for a Diploma of ECE and Care online.
Has anyone studied with either 'HBA Learning' or 'Inspire Education'?
I just want to get an unbiased opinion, from students of their experiences and if they're good or not.
Also, how do they assess students if they do not visit students on placement??
