Hi I am seriously looking at getting into childcare and studying online with Selmar. Do you have to do the Cert 3 first before you do the diploma? Also as I haven’t worked in childcare or no the laws etc would the diploma be to much to handle as a first option or am I better of doing the cert 3 first and getting a job then tackle the diploma later?

I would recommend the Diploma because that already has the Cert 3 units embedded into it. You will learn through your qualification and your work placement so you don't have to worry that you haven't worked in childcare before.
