CHCECE019 FACILIATING COMPLIANCE IN AN EDUCATION CARE & SERVICE

task-undertake a self assessment process for "An approved learning framework informs the development of a curriculum that enhances each child’s learning and development" standard and its associated Elements (Element 1.1.1 & Element 1.1.2)
In this question its talking about feedback instrument (which im really confused) and end of this question its asking
for each of the 2 feed back instruments you have choosen to use ,
* develop your 4 or 5 questions .Have a trail run through of the questions with someone .
*Decide how many respondendts you will approch & whether they will be parents or staff or combination of one or more stakeholders.
*Put together a plan for how you will administer the two feedback instrument consider theses when will it happen,where will it occur,will u need permission ...etc
Can you please explain me this feedback instrument ?im kind of lost .
