What legal, ethical and/or policy frameworks (international, national state/territory or local) outline your responsibilities to the topic?
List an example of a compliant practice you will look for when managing a service to abide by this responsibility
Discrimination

hi i am stuck with one of my question cau you please help me
1. Situation A
You’ve just farewelled the school age children from the service, and introduce yourself to Markus and his mum Michelle as they arrive. Markus is enrolled in the 4-5 year old room and you chat with them as they wander to Markus’ room.
As you all enter the room, Raylene an Assistant Educator warmly greets you and the family by name. Just then, a child takes your hand and asks to show you the construction they’ve just finished. You head over to the block area and sit down with the children on the floor to see what they’ve made. You also overhear Markus ask his mum to come and play with him for a little while, and smile as you hear Raylene encourage her to stay as long as she likes.
Not long after you sit down, Lysanne a Lead Educator enters the room to commence her shift. Raylene walks over and greets Lysanne. From the other side of the room, you hear Raylene say “Ok, quite a few messages this morning. Jimmy’s mum said he woke unusually early this morning so he may be tired and need an early sleep. Brodha has his rash back but seems ok. Bethany’s mum took her to the GP yesterday, and the GP agrees with you that her developmental problems need to be checked. They’ve made an appointment with the Paediatrician for next month”. She then takes a deep breath, rolls her eyes and says “And Krista’s dad is out of prison. He’ll be picking her up again soon”
As this conversation is occurring, you turn to look at Michelle. She is looking directly at Raylene and it is clear she has heard everything that has just been said. Just then, one of the children turns to Raylene and asks “What is prison?”. Raylene is shocked at the question, but quickly replies “It’s just a special place where some people go” and changes the topic.
a) Refer to the legal and ethical frameworks the non-compliant practices involve. List the document, and the section of the document/s that have been breached.
b) What are the consequences of this non-compliance? Include how it will effect stakeholders, the risks and penalties
c) what are the non-compliant practices in this situation. list as many as you can from legal and ethical frameworks
Thanks thats all. Plse do help me plse plse
Thanks a milion
