Im asking if someone could please help me on answering these questions as I have been stuck on this part for quite some time and now its overdue its the last part then I can hand it in and get the next book. :?

thank you! :)

a) identify and describe three potential work situations, one legal situation and two ethical situations.

b) describe how these work situations do not meet the legal or ethical requirements of your job role.

c) describe how you would respond to the legal or ethical situations- this can include the policy and/or procedure you would follow.

d) reflect on the steps you would take to improve the work practices in the situations you have described.

e) describe how you would provide feedback and communicate these work practice improvements.

f)describe how you would communicate these improvements to colleagues and supervisors to enhance their understanding of their legal and ethical responsibilities.

Ok so first off you need to think about each situation before you can answer the rest of the questions... So for work situation it could be something like educators having a disagreement or an educator having bad hygiene practices, for legal situation it could be a court order against a parent and for ethical...something like a family not wanting their child to take part in birthday celebrations or a family wanting babysitting from their child's educator...

Hopefully this gets you started!
