I would love some help regarding these questions. Im unsure if i have the right answers...

Q - Children’s Education and Care National Law 2010 – Section 166; states that it is an offence to use inappropriate discipline. What would happen if a staff member or volunteer repeatedly used time out to manage a child’s behaviour.
Q - According to the NQS (2.3.1) Children are adequately supervised at all times. What would happen if a Family Day care educator was repeatedly leaving the children unattended to work on the computer?
Q - Respond to the following statements about the Convention on the Rights of the Child by indicating whether they are:
True or False
i. Children should be separated from their parents if they are mistreating or neglecting their child.
ii. Children have the right to say what they think should happen when adults are making decisions that affect them and to have their opinions taken into account.
iii. Children have the right to get and to share information, as long as the information is not damaging to them or to others.
iv. Children do not have the right to privacy. FALSE??
v. The parent who stays home has a responsibility for bringing up their children.
vi. Children who have been neglected or abused should receive special help to restore their self-respect. TRUE??
