• To add value to the service in a particular area of expertise such as the environment, curriculum, etc.

yes, it's about educator job in children and family centre. and its says that This role is as much about providing learning experiences for the women in the community in their roles as parents and staff, as it is about the children.
then in position requirements :

identify role and responsibilities
discuss and give examples that show you understand what is required for the position
my ans is :
my role is about providing learning experiences for the women in the community in their roles as parents and staff, as it is about the children.my responsibilities would be working together with parents and community.

2)As parents play an important role in successful learning outcomes for children.
My responsibilities will be to have partnership between parents, community, children and centre to work together and focus on learning.
My responsbilities will be providing education to women on domestic violence, health, their rights, their cultural identity.
