For over a week now I have been trying to find an answer to this question. I have read so much material but still cannot find it.

what is the term used to describe the ability of infants/toddlers to read the emotional cues given by tone of voice as well as the non-verble message such as gesture and facial expression ?


What is your answer so far or What have you done so far as an attempt to solve this question?
