Systems Used To Communicate With Each Other

Hi all,

I was wondering if any one could correct me on the following quetions. And if i"m in the right track

To complete this task u are required to investitge and document the rage of systems used by the team to communicate with each other in the work place.Specifically you will identify the strategy, its purpose and when/ where it is used.

A. The range of communication strategies used. which stratgies are used most/ least frequently? which strategies appear to most effective? why?


My attempt so far is-

Description of strategy Purpose

Email supervisor gets email from the head office

communication book Notices about illnesses, any invent coming up

Internet Payment slip, staff traing

body language Don't know

verbal Up date from parent to pass information to staff

Verbal If staff would be awy from work
Telephone Call parent if their child is sick, or information about the centre


Pls all this what i can remember. If any one can support for more idea and correction it would be awesome

Strategies To Use:
Email
Notice Board
Phone Calls
SMS (phone message)
Verbal

Purposes Could be:
Notice of staff meeting
Call in sick to work
Letting the director know if an accident happened at the centre
Relaying a message from a parent
