Support Mechanisms For Groups Of Employees

in a previous activity the operations manager organised customer service traning for the whole staff. suggest some additional support mechanisms that could be put into place for the following groups of employees in order to effect the desired change in culture:
a. senior executives in head office
b store management
c frontline sales staff

thankyou your help will be much appreciated as i have been stuck on this question for 2 weeks ekkk :)
