Support Children To Take Increasing Responsibility For Their Health and Wellbeing

I'm currently working on my work place skills record books,
My task is:
The student role models strategies to support children to take increasing responsibility for their own health and physical wellbeing
so far I have got one about an obstacle cores and one about hand washing. I need to think of one more but I've had a blank .
Task:
The student ensures that individual medical management plans for children with a specific health care need are in place and readily available at the serviceg
what can I do for this one as we have no children that need medical management
