Strategies To Support Cultural Safety

Hi every one.
At the moment i am stuck in these questions. Could you help me, please
1. present your findings to your supervisor/work team and devise one strategy to futher support cultural safety of Aboriginal and/ or Torres Strait Islander people at a service and individual level.
2. how can these strategies be measured?
3. how could you involve Aboriginal and/ or Torres Strait Islander people in the evaluation of your strategies?
Actually i can not get any ideas for these questions .
