I am doing Diploma in childcare. and need some guidance in doing some questions on group development....

the questions are:

1. Give an example of what is group development in child care?
2. Examples of stages of group development i.e Forming, Storming, Norming, Performing.

I need some good examples if anybody can help me in this, please.
